Required Documents
These are the documents lenders typically request. Preparing them early will help speed up your loan approval.
Standard Borrower Documents
- Last 2 paystubs (covering at least 30 days)
- Last 2 W-2 forms
- Last 2 months of bank statements (ALL pages)
- Most recent 401k, IRA, or retirement account statement
- Copy of valid ID or immigration documentation
- Purchase contract (if buying a home)
- Separation agreement or divorce decree (if applicable)
- Landlord or management company contact (if renting)
- Note + latest mortgage statement (if refinancing)
Self-Employed / Commission-Based
- Last 2 years of federal tax returns (ALL schedules)
- Business tax returns + YTD profit & loss report
